Survey Shows Bethesda Chronically Homeless Have Been on the Street for Almost 8 Years — As part of the 100,000 Homes Campaign, Bethesda homeless prevention nonprofit Bethesda Cares does surveys among the area’s homeless population to chronicle medical problems and disabilities.
