Loudoun Gateway I sells for $22M

RREEF Property Trust Inc. has acquired Loudoun Gateway I in Sterling for $21.95 million.

It is the Kansas City-based real estate investment trust’s first acquisition in the Washington market.

Loudoun Gateway I, a 102,000-square-foot Class A office building, is fully leased. The building is at the intersection of Route 28 and Old Ox Road, about three miles from Dulles International Airport.

It is less than two miles away from a planned Phase 2 Metro stop in Loudoun County, a station the county would like to name Loudoun Gateway.

RREEF Property Trust owns six properties in the U.S., with total assets of $127 million.
