CSX: Three chemicals leaked in train derailment in Northeast D.C.

A CSX freight train has derailed near the Rhode Island Metro station, leaving several cars overturned and at least one leaking hazardous materials, Sunday morning. CSX says crews have since found leaks in two other cars. Vehicle traffic and Metro access have been affected. Stay with WTOP as this story develops.
