Docs: Police didn't agree that John Geer was a threat

A protest is planned today in Fairfax County, as newly released documents in the case of a unarmed father shot and killed by police in 2013, indicate a discrepancy between police version of events. One officer thought Geer was reaching down to his waist for a weapon, the other one on the scene did not see it that way.
