Firefighter, father dies after battling blaze

A veteran D.C. firefighter died after battling a two-alarm blaze at a high-rise apartment building Wednesday morning. Mayor Bowser identified the firefighter as Lt. Kevin McRae, a 24-year veteran with the department. Three other people were injured, including a second firefighter.
