Edmonston police officer turns in chief in ticket investigation

Edmonston Police Chief Stephen Walker is facing charges of altering physical evidence and two counts of malfeasance in office. Documents show the police chief of the small Prince George’s County town voided the current mayor’s parking ticket. They also show one of the chief's own corporals turned him in.
