Rioting prompts state of emergency, curfew in Baltimore

Clashes continued into the night in Baltimore hours after the funeral of Freddie Gray, the man who died from a severe spinal injury he suffered in police custody. At least 15 officers were injured, and two dozen people arrested. The governor has called in the National Guard, as a curfew begins Tuesday night.
