Judge refuses to drop charges in Freddie Gray death

A Baltimore judge rejected two motions from the attorneys defending six Baltimore police officers charged in connection with the death of Freddie Gray, including that the charges be dropped. The pre-trial hearing was set to resume Wednesday afternoon.
