2 Oklahoma St players arrested for intoxication

STILLWATER, Okla. (AP) — Two Oklahoma State football players were arrested over the weekend on complaints of public intoxication.

A Stillwater police arrest report indicates that sophomore receiver Jhajuan Seales and freshman cornerback Juwan Offray were taken into custody early Sunday after officers discovered the men asleep inside a car in the drive-thru lane of a fast-food restaurant.

The report says the men were “oblivious to anything going on around them.”

Officers described the men as lethargic and confused when they woke up and observed that their eyes were red, watery and had a glassy appearance. Police stated that Seales fumbled with the car keys for about a minute until the player was able to turn the engine off.

The report stated that each man smelled of alcohol.
