3-alarm fire displaces families in Odenton

WASHINGTON – Several families have been displaced by a three-alarm fire that damaged an apartment building in Anne Arundel County.

The fire started around 10 a.m. in a third-floor apartment in the 2100 block of Peaceful Way in Odenton, Md. Crews from Anne Arundel, Fort Meade and Baltimore City fire departments responded to the apartment complex, WBAL reports.

There are more than two dozen apartments in the building. All apartments were evacuated and WBAL reports there were no known injuries.

Fire officials have not yet determined the cause of the fire.
