WASHINGTON – A Norwegian daredevil had a lucky escape when a stunt he was filming for a television show went horribly wrong.
One of the show’s contestants – a father of five – swung from a high bar at the edge of a 4,000-foot cliff while wearing a parachute. The bar collapsed as the man was swinging, and he narrowly missed smashing into the rock face as he plummeted over the side of the cliff.
Fortunately, the man was able to pull his parachute and floated safely to the ground.
