Officials ID 2 children killed in Silver Spring apt. fire

Montgomery County police have positively identified the remains of two children who were among seven people who died in an Aug. 10 three-alarm fire at a Silver Spring apartment complex. Last week, officials with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms said the blaze was caused by a natural gas explosion and don't suspect foul play. The remains of two victims have not yet been positively identified.
