NEW YORK (AP) — A new three-day country music festival starring Luke Bryan, Brad Paisley and Dierks Bentley will debut in New York City next summer.

Live Nation and Founders Entertainment announced Wednesday that FarmBorough will take place June 26-28 on Randall’s Island. It’s being billed as the first-ever country music festival in NYC.

Bentley said in an interview that he’s happy to see country acts like Bryan, Jason Aldean and Blake Shelton sell out top venues in the Big Apple and get rid of the stigma that New Yorkers aren’t interested in country music.

“Country singers playing in New York is always a big deal, whether they’re playing the smallest club or bar, or Madison Square Garden,” Bentley said Wednesday. “It’s a big deal to play here, so to combine that with a country music festival, that’s what we do in the summertime, we play a lot of fairs and festivals. To have one now in the city really justifies the moment that country music is having.”

Radio station Nash FM (94.7), which debuted last year, is New York’s first country station in 17 years.

Tickets for FarmBorough go on sale Nov. 6. Three-day passes cost $225. Additional performers across two stages include Kip Moore, Ashley Monroe, Randy Houser, Wade Bowen, Brandy Clark, Maddie & Tae and The Cadillac Three.

More performers will be announced at a later date.

Randalls Island is also the home for the popular Governors Ball festival.
