WASHINGTON — Montgomery County police are looking for a 14-year-old boy they
say hasn’t been seen since Nov. 8.
Joshua Emmanuel Vigil is described as 5-foot-6, 110 pounds with brown hair and
eyes. He was last seen on the 1100 block of Tiffany Road in Silver Spring,
according to Montgomery County police.
Authorities and family are concerned with the teen’s emotional and physical well-
being.
