The Noodles & Company coming to part of the vacated Ri Ra Irish Irish Pub space on Elm Street will open on Monday, Oct. 13.
Gwyn Geiman, regional marketing manager for the fast casual pasta, soup, salad and sandwich chain, sent word of the opening this week.
It will host a “Sneak Peek” event on either Friday, Oct. 10 or Saturday, Oct. 11 to help prepare staff with free lunch and dinner servings to those who sign up.

Ri Ra closed in the space (4931 Elm St.) in September 2013. In its place will go the Noodles location and cycling studio SoulCycle.
Four locally owned stores in the Shoppes of Bethesda property that will include Noodles closed or relocated in 2013.
Ri Ra relocated to Georgetown. Much of the Shoppes property is undergoing a facade renovation.
