Residents Question Fairness Of Proposed WSSC Fee System – Some residents at a public meeting on Wednesday in Rockville said WSSC’s proposal for a new, uniform fee system would penalize those who use less water and make efforts to conserve exactly as WSSC has urged. WSSC says it needs a more stable source of revenue to keep up the modernization of its aging infrastructure. [The Gazette]
