O’Malley Fires Back At Texas Gov. Perry — Rick Perry is coming to Maryland next week to woo businesses to Texas with its business-friendly tax structure. Gov. Martin O’Malley didn’t seem too scared at an event on Thursday night. “I know from past experience that the gentleman is all hat and no cattle,” O’Malley told a group at an event in Greenbelt. “I kicked his ass, and he never came back again,” O’Malley said, referring to a 2011 Politico forum which pitted him against Perry.
