Firefighters this afternoon are fighting a large fire in an unoccupied Chevy Chase home that is under construction.
MCFRS was called to the house, in the 7100 block of 45th Street, around 4:45 p.m. on Friday.
The three-alarm fire caused the floors inside the house to collapse, according to scanner traffic. Avoid Willow Lane and Leland Street in the Town of Chevy Chase, where first responders have the area blocked off.
