Falcao, Rodriguez on Colombia squad for Brazil

BOGOTA, Colombia (AP) — Colombia star Radamel Falcao, who missed the World Cup after surgery on an injured left knee, will play for his country against Brazil next week in an international friendly match in Miami.

Colombia coach Jose Pekerman included Falcao on a list of 24 players, which also included new Real Madrid signing James Rodriguez. Rodriguez received the golden boot award as the top scorer of the World Cup with six goals.

The match on Friday is a chance for revenge for Colombia, which lost 2-1 to Brazil in the World Cup quarterfinals.

It will be the first match for Pekerman — an Argentine — since signing a contract extension that will keep him with the team until 2018.
