WASHINGTON – Ocean City police need help identifying a suspect who allegedly assaulted several women in the beach town.
The attempted sexual assaults all happened in dark, secluded areas near bars, officials say.
The most recent incident occurred on July 28 when a female victim walking home alone was approached by a stranger. The man initiated a conversation with her, and then forced the woman to the ground.
The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighing 170 pounds. He is thought to be in his mid 20s to early 30s.
