BALTIMORE (AP) — The Maryland State Highway Administration will again lend reflective vests to children and adults chaperoning their trick or treating on Halloween.
This is the 19th year for the Vests for Visibility program. The department says the vests are to be worn over clothing to increase the visibility of pedestrians.
The vests will be available between Oct. 29 and Oct. 31 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. They will be lent on a first-come, first-serve basis, and will be available in most counties at most SHA Maintenance facilities.
