FAIRFAX, Va. (AP) — Police in Fairfax County say a missing 62-year-old woman from Springfield has been found dead in a park, but they do not suspect foul play.
Television station WUSA-TV (http://on.wusa9.com/1nskLkY ) reports Mary Gibson went to walk her dog around 4 p.m. Friday but did not return.
Police found her body around 9:30 a.m. Saturday in a wooded area in Pohick Stream Valley Park, about half a mile away from her home.
Gibson’s cause and manner of death are being investigated.
