“Top Chef” is holding open casting calls from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday at Top Chef Mike Isabella’s Graffiato restaurant in Chinatown.
The restaurant is located at 707 6th St., NW.
Chefs who are interested need to apply.
