Cheap Redskins tickets can be found

WASHINGTON — The teams aren’t great, and neither is the weather. Fans of
the Redskins or Tampa Bay Buccaneers who want to go to FedEx Field on Sunday
can shop for some cheap tickets.

The visiting Buccaneers won just one game this season, while Redskins coach
Jay Gruden gives his team’s three win, six loss performance a grade of
“probably a D, or a F+ maybe.”

As a result, fans could have locked up a ticket for as little as $10 Friday
morning. Those cheap tickets, for standing room on the upper deck, were posted
on StubHub. Also posted on the site were Lower Corner seats
for under $18 and Upper Sideline seats below $19.

It comes after the team received attention for a $99 LivingSocial deal, which included an
upper-level ticket, a T-shirt and $75 credit for food and drinks.

That deal is no longer available, but another LivingSocial deal from a ticket
reseller offered club-level standing room only tickets for $65. The reseller
says those tickets retail for $110.

Numerous seats were available directly from the venue through Ticketmaster.
Those remained priced at face value, plus fees.

According to ESPN, 3,300 tickets were available for the game as of Friday
morning. The least expensive FedEx Field tickets cost a third as much as those
of the next cheapest game, Seattle at Kansas City.

In the week’s most expensive game, San Francisco at the New York Giants,
tickets were going for a minimum of $149.
