Wide receiver tears ACL celebrating touchdown (VIDEO)

WASHINGTON – Sometimes it’s better to celebrate quietly than tear your ACL in a chest-bump gone wrong.

FoxSports.com reports Kentucky wide receiver Alex Montgomery, after scoring a touchdown against Alabama State, landed awkwardly after chest bumping two of his teammates in the air.

Kentucky technically plays in the Southeastern Conference but the Wildcats are often the league’s punchline.

Their last winning conference record came in 1977, a year they couldn’t go to a bowl because the program was on probation.

And as you can see, even when the UK wins, they lose.

Again … when does Wildcat basketball begin?
