WASHINGTON -- Hitting the road this Thanksgiving?

Look out for police keeping an eye on your speeds -- especially if you're on one of the nation's worst speed traps.

The National Motorists Association is out with its list of the worst speed traps.

Frederick, Md. is one of the cities getting top ticket honors. The organization also awards a dishonorable mention to Columbia, Hagerstown, and Waldorf in Maryland.

Virginia's worst speed trap, according to the group, is in Virginia Beach. Dishonorable mentions also go to Chesapeake, Emporia, and Norfolk.
