Golf entertainment complex coming to Loudoun

Dallas-based TopGolf will enter the D.C. regional marketplace with a new golf entertainment complex to be built in Loudoun County, LoudounTimes.com reports.

TopGolf will build the 65,000-square-foot golf-themed facility across from One Loudoun, where Loudoun County Parkway meets Route 7.

TopGolf execs said Loudoun’s complex will likely be similar to TopGolf facilities in Austin, Texas, and Houston. Those two TopGolf locations feature:

  • Three levels of tees that include 102 hitting bays.
  • A rooftop terrace, featuring cabanas and fire pits.
  • A full-service restaurant and bar.
  • Private event space.
  • 230 high-definition TVs
