Arlington Employment Center Fall Career Fair*

The Career Fair will include over 50 top employers representing jobs in IT, administration, education, construction, banking, retail, health care, transportation and more.
BikeArlington’s Two Wheel Tuesday*
1501 Wilson Blvd (11th Floor — Mobility Lab)
Time: 5:00 – 6:30 p.m.
Information session for would-be bike commuters includes tips on bike types and maintenance, how to find a good route to work and how to ride comfortably in traffic.
Thursday
Commuter Book Club
Boccato Gelato and Espresso (2719 Wilson Blvd)
Time: 7:00 – 8:30 p.m.
A book club for on-the-go Arlington residents who like to read “the kind of book that makes Metro stops and miles fly by, but doesn’t take six weeks to finish.”
Saturday
Run for Rights 5K*
Bluemont Park (601 N. Manchester Street)
Time: 7:30 – 9:30 a.m.
A 5K race to support human rights. The event include food, drink and a DJ. Registration price has been lowered for furloughed federal employees.
Night of 1,000 Andys Dance Party
Artisphere (1101 Wilson Blvd)
Time: 8:00 p.m.
The MarchFourth Marching Band and others perform for this Andy Warhol-themed dance party. Tickets are $15 in advance.
