ALEXANDRIA, Va. — All of the local lanes of the Inner Loop of the Capital Beltway before Telegraph Road have reopened.
An accident had closed the lanes.
Signs in Maryland alerted drivers about the closed lanes before they approached the Woodrow Wilson bridge.
