The Corcoran Now Offers Free Admission

Now that agreements between the Corcoran Gallery of Art and Corcoran College of Art and Design, the George Washington University and National Gallery of Art are final, the Corcoran no longer charges admission fees. The Corcoran will now be open to the public from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Wednesdays through Sundays through October 1, when it will close for renovations.

Saving these animals was one of the reasons the National Zoo was founded, and putting a bison pair back on display is one way the zoo is celebrating its 125th anniversary.
