Crime Report: Nov. 5 to Nov. 13

Police are looking for four suspects they think were involved in an early morning robbery along Wisconsin Avenue’s “Green Mile,” similar to another attack on the same stretch of road in August.

A robbery occurred at Wisconsin Avenue and Chevy Chase Boulevard, Chevy Chase on Friday, 11/9 at approximately 2:00 a.m.  The suspects assaulted the victim and obtained property.

Suspect: W/M, 22-25, 5’10”, 180 lbs; Suspect: W/M, 22-25; Suspects: Two Unknown/M’s, each 22-25; Vehicle:  Grey 4-door sedan, 2 bright stripes on the trunk.

A residential burglary occurred in the 5400 block of Burling Road, Bethesda on Wednesday, 11/7 between 1:00 a.m. and 5:30 a.m.  Unforced entry; property taken.

A residential burglary occurred in the 4900 block of Greenway Drive, Bethesda on Thursday, 11/8 between 9:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.  Forced entry; property taken.

A residential burglary occurred in the 8600 block of Lancaster Drive, Bethesda sometime between Thursday, 11/8 and Sunday, 11/11.  Unforced entry; property taken.

Two commercial office burglaries occurred at 6430 Rockledge Drive, Bethesda sometime over the weekend from Friday, 11/9 to Monday, 11/12.  In one suite, entry was forced and property was taken.  In another suite, entry was forced, but nothing was taken.

A residential burglary occurred in the 3500 block of Ross Road, Chevy Chas overnight from Friday, 11/9 to Saturday, 11/10.  Forced entry; property removed.

A strong-arm robbery occurred in the 3400 block of Plyers Mill Road, Kensington on Saturday, 11/10 at 3:00 p.m.  The suspects forcefully removed property from the victim.

A residential burglary occurred in the 4600 block of River Road, Bethesda on Sunday, 11/11 between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.  Forced entry; property taken.

A theft occurred in the 6800 block of Wisconsin Avenue, Chevy Chase on Sunday, 11/11 at approximately 3:15 p.m.  The suspects obtained property from the victim, unknowingly.

Suspect: (2) B/MS, 40-50.

A theft incident occurred at Giant Foods, 10400 Old Georgetown Road, Bethesda on Sunday, 11/11 at approximately 5:00 p.m.  The suspect removed property from the victim, unknowingly.

Suspect: B/M, 50-55, 5’7”, 225 lbs.

Graffiti was painted on recycle bins in the parking lot of Rock Creek Forest Elementary School,  8330 Grubb Road, Chevy Chase sometime on Monday, 11/12.

A residential burglary occurred in the 3700 block of Bradley Lane, Chevy Chase on Tuesday, 11/13 between 11:30 a.m. and 12:15 p.m.  Unforced entry; property taken.
