WASHINGTON – A meth lab was discovered in a Culpeper County home Tuesday when police responded to a domestic call.

ABC 7 reports the home is in the 1100 block of Meander Drive.

Authorities evacuated the home and neighboring residences upon discovery and the DEA was called to the scene.

Two children living in the home are in the custody of Culpeper Child Protective Services.

Two adults, a man and a woman, were charged with domestic assault.

Police say the man resisted arrest, injuring the hand of an officer.
