WASHINGTON — The Metropolitan Police Department is asking for the public’s help finding a 13-year-old boy who was last seen in northwest on Monday.
Derren Richardson was last seen on the 300 block of Webster Street wearing a long sleeve blue shirt, a green camouflage jacket, jeans and black tennis shoes.
He is 5-feet tall and weighs about 110 pounds.
