Police seek suspect who stole 4-year-old’s wheelchair
A Prince George's County woman usually leaves her 4-year-old son's wheelchair in her apartment lobby, since it is easier for her to carry her son into the apartment. Now, police are looking for a suspect who was seen on surveillance video taking the child’s wheelchair.
