Alexandria residents worry about toxin release at Express Lanes ramp

A citizens association says the release of nitrogen dioxide from cars will pose a health risk to 75,000 Alexandria and Fairfax County residents if a new flyover ramp for the Interstate 95 Express Lanes is built.
