Supreme Court case not about health; 'Alamo' for federal control

Many states have argued the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, signed into law by the president in March 2012, are unconstitutional, particularly the requirements that most Americans purchase health insurance. Professor Jonathan Turley, who teaches public interest law at George Washington University, believes the outcome of the Supreme Court case will determine the future of the federalist approach in the U.S.
