Lanes on busy Bethesda road to close through the fall

Beginning this weekend through the fall, up to two lanes at a time will be closed from 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. on an already congested stretch of Bethesda's Wisconsin Avenue. About 45,000 vehicles are on this busy Maryland road daily.

Ticketbuster: DDOT issues incorrect rush-hour ticket, stands by decision

Eric Rosenberg is appealing a rush-hour restriction ticket he received while parked on Wisconsin Avenue in Glover Park. He says he was parked in the southbound lanes and wasn't violating any restrictions, which were in place for outbound traffic at the time.
