Lanes on busy Bethesda road to close through the fall

Beginning this weekend through the fall, up to two lanes at a time will be closed from 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. on an already congested stretch of Bethesda's Wisconsin Avenue. About 45,000 vehicles are on this busy Maryland road daily.

Ticketbuster: DDOT issues incorrect rush-hour ticket, stands by decision
