Vienna woman among top 8 at Va. Beach race (PHOTOS)

As the bands played along the Virginia Beach course, several Washington-area runners finished among the top 50 runners a half marathon on Labor Day. One Fairfax County woman was among the top eight women to complete the Rock 'n' Rock Virginia Beach Half Marathon.
