Electric car charging stations coming to shopping centers

Rockville-based Federal Realty Investment Trust (NYSE:FRT) has struck a deal with Miami-based electric vehicle charger company Car Charging Group Inc. to install electric vehicle charging stations at Federal Realty retail sites nationwide.
