Pothole fixes in D.C. already two times worse than last year

It's hard to drive anywhere and not hit a pothole, and recent storms haven't helped. D.C.'s Department of Transportation is only halfway through it's Potholepalooza campaign, and it has already filled twice the number it filled during 2013.
