A city crew collecting trash in D.C. was exposed to a toxic vapor Monday while working in Northeast, according to the city.

Street sweeping tickets mistakenly issued in NW

Enforcement isn't supposed to start until March 12, but numerous $100 rush-hour tickets recently were written in the 600 block of Harvard Street NW that shouldn't have been.
