Jewel and Honor: D.C. dogs top Westminster Dog Show

Ellen Charles, 75, of Washington, co-owns Jewel and Honor, two of the top seven finalists in the Westminster Dog Show in mid-February. Jewel won the American foxhound breed and the hound group. Honor won the Bichon frise breed and the non-sporting group.
