Mother charged with neglect after baby found along Md. road

The six-week-old baby's mother, a 26-year-old Baltimore resident, is facing charges of child neglect and reckless endangerment after the infant was found in a car seat on the side of the road in Pasadena. Police say more charges, and other arrests, could be coming.
