BALTIMORE (AP) -- Three people who died after two cars collided in Baltimore have been identified.
The crash happened earlier this week after officers began pursuing a Honda after officers observed criminal activity and tried to stop the car. The driver sped off, however, and the vehicle and a Jeep later collided at the intersection of York Road and Northern Parkway.
The two people in the Honda who died were identified as 26-year-old Devell Johns and 30-year-old Terrell Young, who was also known as Tavon Brown. Also killed in the crash was a passenger in the Jeep. She was identified as Angel Chiwengo of Baltimore.
The driver of the Jeep is in critical condition at a hospital. He was a co-worker of Chiwengo's and giving her a ride home.
