PARKVILLE, Md. (AP) -- A Baltimore County man has been charged after carrying an unloaded, antique rifle outside an elementary school.
Police say 30-year-old Robert Cleary has been charged with disturbing school operations, possessing a dangerous weapon on school grounds and trespassing at Villa Cresta School.
Police say Cleary was spotted as he cut across school property while carrying a Civil War-era rifle that he later pawned at a nearby pawn shop.
