BALTIMORE (AP) -- A Baltimore firefighter has been injured in a late-night fire in the eastern part of the city.

WBAL-TV (http://bit.ly/VPcSZM ) reports firefighters were called to the 300 block of East Lafayette Avenue after 9:15 p.m. Thursday. As firefighters worked to contain the blaze, the roof collapsed.

The firefighter's injuries are not considered life-threatening.
