The truck was spotted on Interstate 83 and troopers tried to stop the vehicle.
The teen continued driving into Maryland, followed by police from Harrisburg and York, Pa., Maryland State Police and Baltimore County police, crossing into Baltimore City, and police there also assisted.
The chase ended at North Charles and East Cold Spring Lane around 7 p.m. Baltimore police do not know how the chase ended.
The youth and his 15-year-old female passenger were taken into custody.
