BALTIMORE - Baltimore fire crews are on the scene of a ruptured natural gas line.
Fire department officials say the rupture occurred around 10:30 a.m. Monday while a contractor was performing a utility repair on Hull Street in the Locust Point neighborhood. People who live on several nearby blocks have been ordered to leave their homes, and residents in the neighborhood are being told not to use their gas utilities.
Fire officials say it's expected to take several hours to fix the gas line.
