ANNAPOLIS, Md. - Tilman Dunbar produced a double-double with 13 points and 10 assists and Kendall Knorr had 15 points as Navy beat Bryant 69-59 Monday night in a nonconference contest.
Knorr was 7 of 8 from the foul line for the Midshipmen (6-6), with all of his attempts coming in the final 40 seconds to ensure victory.
The Bulldogs (5-4) were led by Joe O'Shea's 15 points and Vlad Kondratyev's 11 points and nine rebounds.
Dyami Starks, who entered as Bryant's leading scorer with 18.3 points per game, was limited to eight points and shot 1 of 9 from 3-point range. He hit six 3- pointers in the team's game against Binghamton Saturday and entered averaging a Northeast Conference-best 3.25 treys per game.
The teams were tied 53-all with under 6 minutes left when Dunbar hit a layup to spark a 9-2 run before Knorr iced the game with his free throws.
