No. 4 Ohio State (8-0, 4-0 Big Ten) at Purdue (1-6, 0-3), Noon (Big Ten Network)
Line: Ohio State by 31.
Series record: Ohio State 39-14-2.
WHAT'S AT STAKE
Undefeated Ohio State is cruising toward the Leaders Division title, but the Buckeyes have bigger goals this season and they have to keep winning to have any chance of playing for a national title. Purdue is looking for a confidence boost and a breakthrough win.
This game will be dictated by the Buckeyes' defensive line. Ohio State leads the Big Ten with 20 sacks. Purdue has allowed the second most sacks in the league (20), has the worst ground game in the conference (76.1 yards per game), has already juggled its starters along the line and has a freshman at quarterback.
PLAYERS TO WATCH
Ohio State: QB Braxton Miller. Miller is always fun to watch, but if the Buckeyes are as productive as they have been all season, Miller and the other Ohio State runners could be in for a big day.
Purdue: RB Akeem Hunt. Hunt has been the Boilermakers most consistent playmaker, leading in rushing (293 yards) and receptions (24), and of the team's 36 plays that have gone for 20 or more yards, Hunt has been involved in 14 of them.
